The overview is as follows:
High pressure diaphragm plunger pump is a motor driven, hydraulic balance, low pulsation, no leakage of multi - diaphragm pump. It is often used for non-pulsating precision metering, flow transport, high pressure applications, high viscosity, particles and other medium transport. It can effectively transport tenacious, high viscosity and liquid containing aggregates. The airtight, durable and earthy design makes the diaphragm high pressure pump an excellent choice for handling tenacious fluids, fluids with abrasive particles, and measuring applications.
Operating principle of P-series multi-plunger diaphragm pump:
1. The pump body is divided into two parts:
A. Lubricate the oil room.
B. High pressure liquid delivery pump chamber. The two parts are separated by a diaphragm which is a plunger tube assembly connected to the oil chamber.
2. As the main bearing rotates, the eccentric plunger increases the oil pressure in the plunger barrel. The diaphragm is then actuated to produce the effect of inhaling and pushing the liquid.
3. The liquid enters the pump chamber through the cover inlet through the one-way valve, and then flows out from the cover outlet through the one-way valve pushed to the outlet by the diaphragm.
