The M series multi-plunger diaphragm metering pump independently developed by our co***ny is a kind of high pressure and low flow precision metering pump. Through hundreds of optimization and improvement, the selling point is the flow rate of 0.1-8 l/min and the maximum pressure is 17***.
Each diaphragm separates the hydraulic units (in three or five columns), which are pressurized one by one during operation. The liquid pressure on each side of the diaphragm is automatically balanced, so that the diaphragm is stress-free at all pressures.
The M-series multi-plunger diaphragm pump is designed to operate at high speed, high frequency and low flow. Not only the pulse is reduced, but the output can be easily and accurately adjusted by adjusting the pump speed. Controllable in a large range, the speed ratio can be up to 15:1.
